The year 2020 has given us an unexpected rush of uncertainties and challenges. Now, as we enter the new year, and with the global pandemic still here, hope remains.
Despite everything that’s happened, we still hope—and as 2021 begins, the hope in our hearts become stronger.
Whatever the future holds, you need to remember that you are in control of everything that happened, is happening, and will happen to you.
I know that you have a stronger motivation now to manifest abundance into your life. But I’m not going to talk about the steps on how you can do that, because I’ve talked about that countless times.
What I haven’t put much focus on is how your self-image impacts your ability to manifest.
And that’s exactly what I’m going to do now; we are going to talk about self-image and manifestation.
You need to remember that how you see and believe about yourself will influence everything that’s around you.
Unfortunately, it’s so easy to get caught up on learning how you can attract what you want into your life that you forgot about your self-image.
That is why it’s important you understand how vital your self-image is.
Let me drop a truth bomb right here: Your self-image is the key to manifestation. Why?
When you hold a negative self-image of yourself, you will have limiting beliefs regarding your ability to reach your goals.
And that’s not something you want to be in when you are manifesting.
On the other hand, if you have a positive and healthy self-image, it will come out naturally, and the Universe will pick up on it and align the energies of your desires.
Next thing you know, what you’ve been manifesting has landed on your lap.
Self-Image: A Significant Abundance Block
How does your self-image form? It is shaped by your life experiences and the beliefs you inherited from your friends and family.
When you have accumulated many negative life experiences and beliefs you haven’t released, they can cause low self-esteem and a lack of self-confidence.
Addressing this particular block is crucial to the success of your manifestation. You need to adopt a new self-perception because chances are, the current self-image you have isn’t working in your favor.
And that will lead us to work on a positive self-image that begins with the confidence you have for yourself.
Doing What Needs To Be Done…First!
What are the things that make you feel confident?
Is it when you feel good about what you’re wearing?
Is it when you finished a book?
Is it when you get your hair done?
We’re all different, and what makes others feel confident about themselves may not work for you.
That is why you need to identify the things that make you feel confident.
If you still need that boost, you can always take baby steps and achieve small goals. Nothing builds confidence faster than achievement, and when you’re productive. Every time you feel like you have accomplished something, your self-worth will get that surge of positivity.
So, take baby steps—start off with cleaning out your closet or running for 10 minutes.
Another thing you can do is to be around confident people—and you know exactly who they are!
This is because you will be the average of the people you spend the most time with!
Therefore, hang out with confident people who are positive. If they are not available, you can read books about confidence, watch movies, etc. Anything that will give you that much-needed confidence boost you need.
But here’s something you can do every time to make yourself feel more confident to positively influence your self-image… and that is through visualization.
The power of visualization is so intense, I often wonder why a lot of people don’t practice it.
I encourage you to visualize these things every day:
See yourself 100% sure that you will achieve your goals.
Imagine what type of person you would be.
Visualize the types of relationships you have in your life.
Use your thoughts and emotions as powerful driving forces to create new mental pathways that will lead you to the desires of your heart.
Listen, you beautiful human being, you can create the life that you want, but for the Law of Attraction to work in your favor, you need to see yourself in a positive light.
Your self-image matters; work on it.
And start to see significant changes this year that will bring your desires into life.
