PROMPTS FOR THE END OF THE YEAR

Today, I thought I’d create a fun little blog post all designed to help you reflect on 2022 and to help you get clear about your direction moving forwards as we enter 2023. So I hope you enjoy these journaling prompts and have lots of fun exploring.

If you haven’t done journaling before, then all you need is a snazzy notebook and a pen! I would also schedule some (me) time out of your day to focus and reflect on the prompts and be present with them so that you can give this exploration the time and energy it deserves. Journaling can be done in many ways, and there isn’t a right or wrong here. It’s what works for you and what you feel called to do. Journaling can be great for exploring your emotions and feelings and helping you get clarity. So sit back, grab a cup of your favorite hot drink and get comfy as you have fun with these journaling prompts, Queen.

These journaling prompts are designed to help you get clear on your direction moving forwards and your focus as we close up the year. 2022 has been a year that we will not forget; I thought this was the perfect time for us all to reflect upon the blessings, lessons, and changes that have happened this year.

Here WE GO!

  1. What has been my biggest lesson this year?
  2. What has been my most significant achievement/success this year?
  3. What is one thing I’d like to improve in 2023?
  4. How can I focus on self-love/self-care more over the next few months?
  5. What is one thing I feel called to do before the end of 2022?
  6. What will my mantra for 2023 be? (This can be a word or an affirmation)
  7. What has been the biggest blessing this year which didn’t feel like it at the time?
  8. Who am I as a person as I move toward 2023? (What are your core values, likes/dislikes, etc.)
  9. What are my focuses or intentions for the next year?
  10. How can I take inspired action to make these happen? (What are your commitments to yourself)
  11. How can I invite the energy of reset into my life as I move into this new year?

I hope you’ve enjoyed this blog post, which has given you some great tips and tools to inspire you; I Would love to hear your feedback on the journaling prompts!

Sincerely,

Aligning Within
