Spiritual Healing

Spiritual healing is the practice of experience of restoring, harmonizing and balancing our spirit or soul.

The spiritual healing process is all about moving towards wellness and feeling better. Spiritual healing can support well being on all levels- physical, mental, emotional as well as spiritual. It helps create wellness by addressing the spiritual soul and psychic level of healing. Spiritual healing begins when we are willing to be changed.

Spiritual Wellness is a personal matter involving values and beliefs that provide a purpose in our lives. While different individuals may have different views of what spiritualism is, it is generally considered to be the search for meaning and purpose in human existence, leading one to strive for a state of harmony with oneself and others while working to balance emotional needs with the rest of the world.

It is essential for everyone to explore what they believe is their own sense of meaning and purpose.

The path to spiritual wellness may involve meditation, prayer, affirmations, or specific spiritual practices that support your connection to a higher power or belief system. Yoga and meditation can also help you develop mental wellness.

Having compassion, the capacity for love and forgiveness, altruism, joy, and fulfillment help you enjoy your spiritual health. Your religious faith, values, beliefs, principles, and morals define your spirituality.

If you are a person engaged in the process of spiritual wellness, you are willing and able to transcend yourself to question the meaning and purpose in your life and the lives of others. Also, you seek to find harmony between that which lies within and the social and physical forces that come from outside.

Spiritual health is essential for authentic living and wellness, and ensure that we do not get lost in materialistic, fragmented and selfish living. Your sacred wellness can be defined as our integration with the greater whole of life and is measured y the degree that we honor our interconnectedness with all things. Finding our authentic self through mindfulness, meditation, and self-inquiry is central to spiritual health for it allows us to expand our identity beyond the limitation of the local ego self into the greater whole of life and to free ourselves from the reactive mind. Spiritual health is the state of being fully engaged and present in the world from our authentic self, honoring our connection with all things in our individual lives with our thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Spiritual wellbeing is the ability to experience and integrate meaning and purpose in life through a person’s connectedness with self, others art, music, literature, nature, or a power greater than oneself. The way you feel connects you to the truth of who you are.
