Do certain things that will energize you when you feel like your mental health is declining and you’re slowly draining yourself.
Listen to your body when it’s telling you to sleep early, exercise regularly, drink your favorite coffee or listen to your favorite music even if it’s vintage or popular one.
You can deactivate your social media accounts if you feel like you need to detoxify your soul from all the toxicity that is happening right now that feed negativity into your mind.
You can have a time by yourself without opening your phone
You can do this certain things and you don’t owe anyone explanations for prioritizing what your soul is craving
